FAMILY HOMELESS/PREVENTION ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (FHPAP)
This program provides short term assistance to keep individuals/families housed, or to assist a homeless individual get into housing.

TRANSITIONAL HOUSING (THP)
This program provides assistance for people who have no fixed address to find permanent housing.

LONG TERM HOMELESS PROGRAM (LTH)
This is a supportive program to the transitional housing program, but to qualify, the individual/family would have to be considered “long term homeless”.

FOOD SUPPORT OUTREACH (SNAP)
Although this program is through the county, we have SNAP specialists here to assist with questions and applications, as well as provide outreach support.

YOUTH HOMELESS DEMONSTRATION GRANt (YHDP)
This program assists homeless youth ages 16 through 25 with obtaining housing, along with many other incentives.

Vehicle Repair Programs for Kittson, Marshall, and Lake of the Woods counties.
