FAMILY SERVICE ADVOCATE
Northwest Community Action is accepting applications for a Family Service Advocate.
This is a full time, forty hour per week position with benefits.
Job duties consist of data entry, reporting, and working with low income clients to identify needs, set goals and resolve financial instability.
- Preferred education and experience: Minimum of two-year degree in Human Services or related field or minimum of two years work experience in a related field.
- Must have valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
- Good reading, writing and communication skills are a must.
Starting wage: $20-$23 per hour, depending on experience.

ENERGY AUDITOR
Northwest Community Action is accepting applications for an opening in our Weatherization Department in Badger.
Position would be responsible for assessing energy efficiency, health/safety conditions, and home improvement opportunities in Roseau, Kittson, Lake of the Woods and Marshall Counties. Preferred candidate would have experience in carpentry, home rehabilitation, heating systems or related fields.
This is a full-time, year round position with benefits including health insurance, life insurance, and retirement with a 4% employer match.
